This Girl is Set - Ice and Heat Packs

This little pack includes our ever popular gel ice packs and our hand made, lavender scented wheat heat bags.  Occasionally when they are out of stock, the heat pack will be replaced with an alternative.   Our alternatives include packs made with lupins and scented with a range of botanicals.

If you are not ordering one of our full size recovery packs, then this little set is perfect to get you through the aches and pains that come with recovery.

Our Pure You Gel Ice Packs are plush on the reverse so you can apply them directly to the area.  Always test on the back of your hand first.
